Who should read this fact sheet

This is important information for internationally qualified nurses and midwives who wish to contest a decision by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and require information on the responsible Tribunal they should appeal to.

The Australian Capital Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) is the responsible Tribunal in the ACT.
