The Australian Capital Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal (ACAT) is the responsible Tribunal in the ACT. The New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) is the responsible Tribunal in NSW, where the appeal will be listed in the NCAT Occupational Division.
